The Liz Associates Guarantee

The quality of all our products is extremely important to us, and all our bags are tested to the upmost world class standards. All our products are put through rigorous testing & we stand behind them, because your satisfaction is our main goal.

If your product has developed a fault, please use the following guidelines to ascertain whether you think it should be covered by your warranty. You'll also find guidance below on how to make a claim for said warranty.

How do I make my Warranty Claim

Please return any items you wish to claim directly to the place of purchase (whether from the Liz Associates or from a general retailer). You will need to present your proof of purchase to proceed with the warranty claim. They will be able to help as part of their independent returns process.

For any warranty claims from purchases directly from the Liz Associates Co. or in circumstances where the place of purchase is no longer available, please fill in our Warranty Claim Form and we will be happy to help. You will need a proof of purchase. This could be a receipt or order confirmation email, but we may also accept proof of purchase from a bank or credit card statement, where the purchase is clearly identified. We can't accept or progress warranty claims without this.

What does the Liz Associate Warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults caused by defective workmanship or materials but excludes mishandling by carriers such as airport baggage handlers. In this instance, please take this up directly with the baggage services for the airline flown with or via your travel insurance to make a claim. The warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear.

What is not covered under the Warranty?

  • Mishandling damages caused by airline baggage handlers or other travel operators, this includes damage such as rips, scratches, dents, cracks, sheared-off wheels or components, bent trolley handles and similar
  • General use or wear and tear
  • Neglect
  • Accidents
  • Abrasions
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents or acids
  • Damage to any contents in transit such as cameras, media equipment, bottles etc.
  • Deliberate damage
  • Matching products, or items purchased as a set where a matching product is not damaged

Airline Damage

Airlines are the most common cause of damage to luggage. The Liz Associate Co. is not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your bags in transit.

We urge you to inspect your bags after your trip. Should your bags be damaged in transit we recommend you report & submit a claim directly to the airline that you have flown with prior to leaving the airport.
